From her forty years of personal experience, she offers practical dream yoga techniques for deepening awareness of the spiritual dimensions of dreaming. Her unique approach investigates prophetic dreams, nightmares, dreams about past lives, and spiritually directive dreams.
Using an intriguing collection of her own dreams, Swami Radha explores the play of consciousness. Through her presentation of effective tools and exercises, you will learn to navigate the obscurity of the space between the dreaming and the waking state.

Her published works represent a living legacy of yoga practice based on forty years of personal study and compassionate teaching.
Swami Radha was one of the pioneers in bringing yoga to the West. In 1955 after having a powerful visionary experience, she left everything she knew to travel to India and meet her guru, Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh. The incredible story of her time in India—including how she became the first Western woman initiated into Sanyas—is described in Radha, Diary of a Woman's Search.
In 1956 Swami Radha returned to Montreal, Canada with 25¢ in her pocket and the mandate of her guru to update the ancient teachings of yoga for the West.
In the four decades that followed, Swami Radha founded Yasodhara Ashram in Canada—an 88 acre retreat and study center which has thrived since 1963. She also founded The Association for the Development of Human Potential in the United States in 1971 and many affiliated yoga centers internationally. Several of her books have become classics in the field of Yoga and self study, most notably Kundalini Yoga for the West and Hatha Yoga, the Hidden Language. They reflect a depth of experience based on more than 30 years of personal practice with the Eastern Teachings. Having lectured at colleges, universities and psychological institutes across the United States, she is known and respected, nationally and internationally for her ability to bring the most advanced of Yogic teachings into daily life—thereby making them accessible to all seekers.
Through her own spiritual practice and personal reflection, Swami Radha developed an extraordinary understanding of the human mind. As a teacher she was able to communicate her knowledge of eastern symbolism with legendary clarity and compassion.
"She was one of the finest spiritual teachers on the planet," says John White, author of Kundalini, Evolution and Enlightment. "Her equanimity, kindliness and wisdom flowed quietly from her in a way that demonstrated sincerity and dedication of purpose without the slightest pretension or condescension either to others or to her own tradition of yoga."
