The Leadership Relay- Learning To Lead By Leading "We learn far more when we teach." Susan Collins Step One-Employees are taught How To Use these success skills in their own careers and lives. The next step is to practice these skills. But given the time and productivity pressures in their current jobs, many emerging leaders won't find sufficient opportunities to practice. Many emerging leaders find it difficult to practice with their peers. So this program offers expanded opportunities other opportunities to speed up this phase of learning. Step Two-Next participants are taught How to Teach these skills-practicing these skills and further developing their presentation and communication skills.
