From AudioFile:
This listening experience offers a premier piratical performance! From the outset, the listenerŐs heart softens at the plight of these pirates, who do not like water of any sort. Robert Glenister infuses each character with his or her own voice and keeps each one consistent throughout this rollicking adventure. When the pirates acquire a new land-based ship (a pickup truck), they soon discover that they must be careful how they modify their new vessel. Flags and stickers are fine, but the newly installed anchor, when used as a brake, proves to be a problem. Things only get funnier when they head to a lake for vacation and are sure treasure exists on a nearby island. DonŐt miss this one.
