About the Author:
Penny Hamilton and Oliver Conolly are both members of Pump Court Tax Chambers. Between them they have over 33 years' experience of tax litigation before the General and Special Commissioners, the VAT Tribunal, the High Court and the Court of Appeal, in cases involving income and corporation tax, VAT, excise and customs duties, landfill tax and aggregates levy.
