WHEN TO VISIT

Toronto has a harsh climate. In the winter, it’s often bitterly cold with sub-zero temperatures and heavy snowfalls. January and February are usually the coldest months, but real winter conditions can begin in early November and drag on into late March. Summers, on the other hand, are hot and humid. July and August are consistently the hottest months, sometimes uncomfortably so. Spring and autumn offer the city’s most enjoyable weather, with lots of warm, sunny days and balmy nights.
