Dan Smith was a top producing real estate agent in the resort market of Big Bear Lake, California. In his last five years as a Realtor, before selling his business, he averaged over 200 sales per year. In his final year of selling real estate full-time he closed 321 transactions and was listed in The Wall Street Journal as the #9 agent in the United States. 

In 2011 Dan came out of retirement and began to train and strategize with executives, corporations and salespersons. He has spoken throughout the United States and Canada and shared his skills, methods and ideas with over 1,000 audiences, helping countless professionals to become more powerful, productive, and profitable. His focus is two-fold; to help them achieve more success and to have more balance in their lives.
