Pam Robinson Porterfield flipped through notebook after notebook to select and share a bit of “Southern Comfort” from the seasons of her life. To this native of Alabama a reflection of her life seems as fleet as a succession of Alabama seasons, each phase a phrase and every day just as different. Through the color of language, meant to paint the canvas of the mind of the reader with memories of their own, Pam dedicates “Seasons of Southern Comfort” to those who recognize themselves in the words and warm places of her heart.
