ABOUT THE AUTHOR The author, Stephanie Heuer, is a peace educator, technology instructor, and children's advocate, who recently presented her work at the United Nations University of Peace in Costa Rica. She believes that by giving children a voice to express themselves with open dialog, you can make a difference in their lives and have a positive impact by introducing character and lifeskill concepts early on. Her work and book are recognized in classrooms across the nation and can help individuals or classrooms formulate positive plans for conflict management, respect, responsibility, and form a basis for good character.
