Eleanor Trewynn is a recently retired widow who has moved to the small village of Port Mabyn in Cornwall. About the Author:
CAROLA DUNN is the author of more than fifty books, including the previous mystery featuring Eleanor Trewynn, Manna from Hades, as well as the much loved Daisy Dalrymple novels. Born and raised in England, she lives in Eugene, Oregon.

Gresham is convinced a jealous local artist destroyed his work. He rushes to the artist's studio only to find him stabbed in the back. Suspicion falls on Gresham, and, predictably, Eleanor works with the local police and her detective-sergeant niece to clear him.
