About the Author:
David C. Epperson, Ph.D., is a psychologist who served as a professor and academic administrator at some of America’s finest universities. He and his wife, Bernice Reiff Epperson, are founders and co-directors of the Volleyball Festival, the world’s largest annual sporting event, which was honored by the International Volleyball Hall of Fame in 1999 for promoting the sport of volleyball.
